A student has to pass successfully the credit hours in his/her specialization in the allowed period and get CGPA of (2) or more.
Diploma A student has to complete the credit courses in his/her specialization during four years. (Eight systemic semesters in addition to summer semesters). One more year could be given to the student in case of emergency circumstances, if approved by the dean of the college.
Bachelor Degree A student has to complete successfully (132) credit courses in not more than seven academic years. One more year could be given to the student in case of emergency circumstances, if approved by the dean of the college.
During the last semester, the student has to see the student’s affairs to fill out a graduation form, if he/she wants his name to be listed in graduation lists. In such case, he/she can attend the graduation ceremony.
It will be annually, usually at the end of the second semester. Students who have completed the necessary requirements of graduation for the first and second semesters and those who are expected to be graduated in the summer semester (lacking only three courses) are allowed to attend the ceremony.
You can get it two months later after the results have announced. You can collect it from the registration department, but after presenting a clearance form and paying all the due fees.
A graduated student is responsible for attesting his/her graduation certificate and transcript at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Students, who are expected to graduate in their final academic semester, can enroll some courses in other universities or colleges. But in case, these courses are not offered at the college during the required semester then the student has to get official approval from the dean before enrolling at another college.
