Program Mission

The mission of the Bachelor of Business administration, Major in industrial management is to provide students with core competencies, knowledge and skills needed to meet the requirements of industrial management.

Program Goals

  • Promote graduates awareness of concepts, tools and methodologies relevant to the field of Industrial Management.
  • Equip students with multidisciplinary competencies in the field of Industrial Management.
  • Strengthen the business competencies of Industrial Management students by providing capability for effective management of production systems in organizations.
  • Prepare students to identify, analyze, formulate and solve problems related to industrial systems.
  • Prepare students to serve in middle management positions in private and public organizations.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the fundamental business principles and practices that enables firms to operate in both domestic and global environments.
  • Understand human behavior in organizations, including the ability to lead and work in a team setting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex, unstructured qualitative and quantitative business problems, using appropriate tools and technology.
