Dear all, our emphasis over the last two week, has been on extracurricular student activities and students happiness and satisfaction, we have organized several useful and interesting activities and events that have added values to their general knowledge along with their educational attainment.
Greetings to you all in this weekly bring which marks the beginning of our eighth week of distance working and learning. I pray the Almighty God to let you all be doing well and in good health. Dear all, I have shared with you last week the news about establishing our Student Satisfaction Services (SSS) Team, to enhance student services and activities in line with our great success in the e-learning and other services.
In the context of our constant eagerness to delight our students, and after the success of the first meeting that took place between the President of the College, Professor Abdul Rahim Sabouni and the students of Emirates College of Technology, we are pleased to announce the second meeting on Thursday, May 7 from 1 to 2 pm, which includes an open discussion between the college students and the President.
At the beginning of this weekly briefing, allow me in my name and on behalf of the Board of Trustees at the Emirates College of Technology and all members of the teaching and administrative bodies to express my most eloquent congratulations to the leadership and the people of UAE, citizens and residents, for the tremendous achievement by the Abu Dhabi Stem Cell Center in developing successfully a potential therapy for the novel Corona virus (Covid 19). This achievement is once more absolute evidence that the United Arab Emirates places human life, health and general well-being at the top of its priorities.
I would like to express my sincere wishes to you all on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. May The Almighty accept your fasting and worships, and may He abolish from our beloved nation and the whole world all epidemics and sickness and bestow on us His blessings of health and wellness.

Today, Sunday 12 April 2020, marks the start of our fourth week of distance-learning, and distance-working. I am pleased to share with you key developments over the past week in all areas of work in the college. What we have achieved together with the spirit of the one team was truly distinctive. Our distant team work has become the real substitute to “social distancing” imposed by the current conditions
Today, Sunday 05 April 2020, we start our third week of distance-learning, and distance-working, after we have concluded an exciting two-week period recognized with a very successful outcome for the ECT family across all sectors. Congratulations, and big Thanks to all of you.
